How we work: what we promise, and what we don’t.

14 days to withdraw, with one button

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw^[1]. If you asked us to start within the 14 days: if you withdraw while we are working, you only pay for the part already done; once we have completed the service, you can no longer withdraw (you accepted this when you asked us to start). The “Withdraw from contract here” button is always visible and we send you an acknowledgment of receipt^[2].

Data protection

• At checkout we only ask for your name, email, phone, nationality and province
• Your documents never go through Stripe, WhatsApp or email
• We never ask for Cl@ve passwords, digital certificates or PINs
• We do not request or process criminal record certificates
• Retention periods and your rights: see the privacy policy

We do not sell appointments

Immigration appointments are personal and free. We do not book them with bots, resell them or charge for them. We explain how to book the appointment yourself, free of charge, on the official portal. We do not request or book it for you. If anyone offers you an appointment for money, that is not the official channel.

We are not a law firm

Hola Papeles provides a document preparation and management service; it is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee outcomes. We do not take on appeals, expulsions, asylum or complex cases: we recommend that you consult an independent lawyer or your provincial Bar Association. See when you need a lawyer.

The requirements, fees and deadlines we cite link to their official source (BOE, Police, ministries), with the review date. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it.
