The service is paid in advance and, since you ask us to start immediately, we start once payment is confirmed. You can withdraw during the 14 days: if you do so before the service is complete, we refund the amount minus the proportional part already provided (art. 108.4 TRLGDCU); once the service has been fully performed, you can no longer withdraw (art. 103.a).
